At Vixen Beauty, we value your time and our own. Because we operate as a specialized, one-on-one suite, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to offer the opening to another client on our waitlist.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of [50%] of the scheduled service cost.
"No-Call, No-Shows" will be charged [100%] of the service cost and may be required to pre-pay for all future appointments.
2. Late Arrivals We want to give you the full "Vixen Experience." If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule for the next client, or we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely (subject to a late fee).
3. Deposits For high-ticket services like Color Corrections and Initial Extension Installations, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to your final total.
4. Refund Policy We strive for 100% satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment if the result does not align with our initial consultation goals.
